Thank you for shopping with HairGenix. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to feel confident when placing an order.
We offer a return and refund policy for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition they were received.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened or used personal care products may not be eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within several business days depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
